Thanks to our pal CB I found out that such a book exist. For reasons I cannot explain I've always had an interest in Soviet cars. So $12 bucks later I just ordered this off Amazon.

I always figured it did? I could be wrong but its a shitty car from over there somewhere so it's close enough for me.

No, not at all. Yugoslavia was a Communist country, but they weren't part of the Soviet sphere of influence and were actually much more closely aligned with China.

They were originally aligned with Russia, but Tito and Stalin started annoying each other.
Krushchev improved things a bit, but Yugoslavia was always too liberal for the Politburo's taste.
